The Sheraton static caravan is available to view on site. You can purchase this static caravan on or off site. If you require a sited static caravan it would be ideally placed with excellent views across the lakes from where you can watch the sun setting beyond.

These pitches are separate from the touring site and they also have the benefit of their own private fishing area! These static caravans can only be purchased through the site and we offer a 10 month season (for static caravans only) which can be used from 1st March to 5th January.

There is a wide range of static caravans on demonstration at the site (other models can be purchased through the site) to suit all prices ranges, full comprehensive insurance and loans can also be arranged.

There will be telephones lines available for the static vans with a 5-7 meg broadband connection speed.

Flagstones around the static caravans and 6ft x 6ft galvanized sheds can be purchased from Willow Holt, all the fitting and groundwork will be provided by the site.

All pitches come with (30AMP) electric supply, mains water, sewage connection and gas supply, which are metered.

There is parking for 2 cars with plenty of private grassy areas with each pitch which has room for a shed and veranda area.

Each owner will have their own contract containing the site rules and conditions which include a plot layout for the caravans.

The whole of the 25 acre Willow Holt site is available for the owners to enjoy with 15 acres of parkland and woodland walks and 10 acres of lakes with fishing.
